The TrinBago Stingless Beekeepers Network was started on the 28 of October 2013.
Its founding members are David G. A. Rostant, Kyle Behrens DeLima and Karl Fitzjames
The purpose of this Network is to provide education and support for all persons interested in the keeping of stingless bees (meliponaculture) in Trinidad & Tobago and to also register stingless beekeepers thus providing verification to the public consumers of local stingless bee products.
The Trinbago Stingless Beekeepers Network is the first group dedicated to meliponaculture in Trinidad & Tobago and at present the only one training and verifying stingless beekeepers locally.
